            When did NHC start?

            National Home Corporation was founded in 2021 to bring affordable housing with maximum square footage to the market.

            How many homes has NHC built?

            To date, we’ve over 500 homes across Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and Alabama. And we’d say we’re just getting started.

            Does NHC give back to the community?

            Yes! With every home closing, our team donates $100 to Homeaid, a nonprofit that is dedicated to ending homelessness across the U.S.

            Does NHC buy lots?

            We do. Whether you’re looking to sell a developed homesite or find a build-to-rent partner, look no further than National Home Corporation.

            How do I pay my NHC deposit? What happens to it?

            At NHC, we believe that EVERYONE should have the opportunity to purchase a new home. With NHC Mortgage, the deposit is only $95. AND you have a 2-week financing contingency, which means your $95 is fully refundable for two weeks if financing does not work out!

            Can I use my realtor?

            Of course! At NHC we welcome the partnership with our Realtors and are thankful they helped you find us. And don’t worry about the commission. We’ll take care of it for you.

            Do I really buy homes online?

            Our online homebuying feature is coming soon. We will update the website when more information is available.

            Do I have to use NHC for a home loan?

            No. Although NHC Mortgage is our preferred lender, you can choose outside lenders to secure your new home loan and deposit.
